Clean, warm and quiet Lhanbryde home with a fully furnished double bedroom, and private bathroom with combined bath and shower. Garden, and off road parking available, and washer/dryer garage storage. Bills included. Shared kitchen and lounge.

The room is available for a professional woman, available from 21st November. I put 6 months on the listing, but there is definitely the opportunity to extend if we're a good fit. The room has a large built in wardrobe - there's plenty of storage there for folded and hanging, but I'm happy to purchase another drawers unit at my own cost if this is desired (I just don't want to yet, in case there's no takers on the room!).

About me - I'm a professional female occupant - I'm warm, approachable, and friendly. I only have a few key ground rules.

Must be clean and responsible - I. e. you clean up after yourself in shared spaces.

Must be okay with dogs - they won't be here until March, but I have two loving and well behaved collies.

Unfortunately I'm not comfortable with overnight male guests.

Council tax is band D (it's a rule that I put this on the ad).
