You will have a double bedroom with en-suite, a king sized bed and ample wardrobe/drawer space. Altogether a lovely home, clean, comfortable and in a peaceful, semi-rural area.

Located just outside Elgin, it is 7 minutes by car and a 15 minute walk to a bus stop. It is also ideal for cycling into town. We are a friendly household - just the two of us with a small dog and two cats. There will be access to all communal areas, a large well-equipped kitchen, and laundry area. There is space for parking on the driveway outside (electric car charger available) and a garden.

We are looking for a non-smoking friendly, professional person, with good references, who is respectful and tidy.

All bills and council tax are included, including high-speed broadband.
