Double Room in Friendly, Relaxed House in Elgin

Double room available in a relaxed house in Elgin, around a 10-minute walk from the town centre.

The house has a main living room, plus a separate pub/chill-out room with a couch and TV, a shared bathroom, front and back gardens and on-street parking. All bills are included.

I’m pretty easy-going about the house — I just expect you to clean and tidy up after yourself.

You’d also be living with Dumble, my very chill and friendly dog, so you’ll need to be comfortable with dogs — ideally a dog person!

I’m happy with someone who likes a chat and a bit of fun, or someone who mostly keeps themselves to themselves. The house is pretty relaxed and weekends can be social, but generally quieter during the week. Mainly just looking for someone friendly, easy-going and considerate.

No smoking or vaping inside the house.
