The room has a double bed, seating area, large screen smart TV and wifi. The separate en-suite shower room/ toilet is spacious with views out to the field. The garden patio area is accessed via the patio doors of the studio. (would suit someone who enjoys a small garden).

The kitchenette is equipped with 2 ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and mini fridge freezer.

The room was renovated fully in 2021, new heating, electrics, toilet/shower, insulation etc.

The shared second toilet and utility room where the washing machine is located.

There is parking for one vehicle. The house, our home, is located in a quiet area of Nairn, you access the property by driving into the courtyard area (now the parking bays). Our home is a former farm house.

If you are a smoker there is a designated outside smoking area only.
