Lovely light and airy immaculate furnished en-suite double room, with comfortable king size bed to let in spotless modern Nairn bungalow (IV12 ) from June 6th. Room has 2 large wardrobes.
Happy to do month by month if required and agreed.
Lovely quiet area. 10 minute walk to beach and town centre. 15 minute walk to Sainsbury’s, 5 min walk to Nairn Dunbar Golf Club.

Off street parking. Use of sunny garden (bonus points if you enjoy gardening) and storage space in garage if required. WI-FI/Prime and all bills included.

Looking for clean, tidy, quiet and respectful non smoking (vaper is fine) cat loving, working female preferred.
No couples!

References will be required.

I travel regularly and the other female housemate is away a lot as well. It’s a very chilled environment and own space is respected although I’m always up for a chat if you want.

I have 2 cats and you would be required to look after them on occasion while I’m away so you must be a cat lover as they do require regular cuddles!
