House is spacious with lots storage, lovely sunny garden and close to amenities. Two clean, tidy and friendly housemates who are LGBTQIA+ inclusive.
Downstairs has a large kithen, utlity room, shower room with toilet and two living areas. Upstairs has a large bathroom, the 3 bedrooms and a 4th smaller room we use as extra storage. Location is approx. 18 mins drive to Norwich train station.
Good, strong WiFi connection with upstairs booster. Plenty of space on the road outside for free parking. Opposite a shop/post office and a 1 minute to local pub.
Bills are not included, but I can give you an idea. Council tax band C. House has solar panels so cheap bills in the summer, but its an older property so these are high in winter. It balances out throughout the year.
Would love to find someone who's looking for a calm, cosy home that may enjoy a Netflix binge or the odd glass of wine.
