Houseshare in Blofield

We are looking for a new housemate for a lovely house share in Blofield. Large 4 bed house, only 3 of the rooms rented so forth can be extra storage space or maybe even have a desk if you work from home. House has upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower and toilet, large kitchen, utility room with washing machine, large dinning room with bay window and separate big living room with fireplace. Loads of storage cupboards and plenty of space. Wrap around corner plot garden and patio. There is plenty of free parking on the road. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. Less than 15 mins drive to Norwich train station. Across the road from corner shop and 2 minute walk to pub. Room is currently unfurnished, but there may be some flexibility there. The landlord is happy for us to paint. So if you wanted to change that dark blue wall, you can!
We are both working professionals and are clean, tidy and enjoy spending weekday evenings cooking or watching Netflix, with a G&T on a Friday. Weekends spent enjoying a roast with friends and exploring Norfolk's countryside. Looking for someone similar, chilled and tidy, not looking for a party house. LGBTQIA+ inclusive household, so people respectful of that is a must.
Ideally you'd like dogs, he doesn't live here but Max the Lab x German shepherd visits occasionally.
Bills not included, but split evenly between all. Flexible on contract length.
I know the landlord personally, so looking for respectful, clean housemates who will treat this like a home!
