I have one spacious double room available in a three-bed detached house with a large garden in Chapel Break (Edrich Way). The person renting this room will be the only one using the main bathroom in the house (which is opposite the room). So the room is an en-suite.
The room is fully furnished, with shared access to the open-plan living and dining rooms that lead out to the rear garden, good-sized & fully-fitted kitchen, utility room with washer-dryer and downstairs cloakroom. The house has superfast broadband (WiFi) as well as TV. The common areas of the house are cleaned by a cleaner.
This is a house share with only one other person, so is suitable for those who appreciate their personal space and privacy. It is ideal for professionals wanting a clean, tidy & quiet place to live in. The room is NOT available to couples.
The house is located in Chapel Break (NR5), so very close to UEA & the hospital (Bus stop is within 200yards). There is one off-road parking space and plenty of free on-street parking.
