Two large double rooms are available in a modern three-bedroom detached house with a large garden. One room is available straight away and the second room will be available from the 1st of July. Each room is for one person only. The rooms are fully furnished and are en-suite.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, gas hob, microwave and separate fridge and freezer. The kitchen also includes small electrical appliances (kettle, toaster, etc). A separate utility room has a washer dryer, second sink and an attached cloakroom.

There is a driveway with parking for one car, free street parking and a garden. The lodgers have full use of the garden. The house is located near to a bus route and 10 minutes walk from a supermarket, pub, and pharmacy.

This is a house share for two people only. The new lodgers will be professionals who are looking for clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable rooms. The rooms are for single occupancy, no pets (due to allergy issues) and non-smokers only.
