Two large double rooms available to rent. In easy reach of UEA, John Innes Centre & NNUH and 1 minute from the 21/22 bus route direct to the city. 10 minute walk from supermarket, Post Office, takeaways etc and opposite a convenience store. We are a large first floor flat with a private entrance, a small patio garden and plenty of ground floor storage space for bikes etc. Each room is furnished with a desk, wardrobe, mirror and chest of drawers. One room has a double bed, the other has a king size bed. There is a shared bathroom with over bath shower. The kitchen has washing machine and microwave.

My partner is in the process of doing minor renovations to some of the communal areas of the property however he will try and ensure minimal disruption. For much of the time he will be staying with myself and our daughter elsewhere and you will have the flat to yourself with the other lodger.

We are looking for quiet housemates who will respect the privacy and personal space of the other people they are sharing with.

We will ask to see photo ID before beginning the tenancy. Rent includes gas, electricity, water, council tax and broadband.
