One double room, fully furnished, to rent out in a two bedroom house in West Earlham, for 3 - 6 months. You will be sharing with me, a friendly old man (live in Landlord). I do have a friendly personality and I don't mind to socialise given the chance.

Prefer Professionals; Students, Interns, Postgraduates are welcome but must not have lots of things

Quite important is maintaining the communal areas clean and tidy every time and respect of each others privacy.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest drawers, bedside table and lamp and a TV

Shared kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, deep freezer, microwave, washing machine etc. but can bring own cutlery, saucepans, cups etc.

Shared bathroom with electric shower and bath to be cleaned after every use.

BT super fast fibre optic broadband throughout.

Front and back garden access

Bus stop nearby;
20 minutes to city centre
15 minutes to university and the hospital
10 minutes to Aldi and Tesco/Co-op
Parking available in a peaceful neighborhood.
