The house has a fully equipped kitchen and shared living area (this includes all necessities). There is plenty of storage both up and downstairs. On the ground floor there is a toilet, one bedroom, three storage cupboards/areas and shared kitchen and living area. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a separate toilet, an airing cupboard and a bathroom.

Each room includes a quality wooden bed, a built in wardrobe, free standing chest of drawers. There is a TV input in the double room.

The house is double glazed throughout.

Gas, electric, water, council tax, Wi-Fi and central TV licence included.

The bathroom is shared with the other housemates and there are 2 separate WCs.

Naturally enough there is a current gas safety certificate as your safety is our priority!

The house is 100m from Purple Line 38 bus stop and within a short walk of the stop for Orange Lines 21, 21A and 22. The house is round a 10 – 15 minute journey to the centre of Norwich, easy access to the north of Norwich and the ring road.
