My bedroom & en-suite is above the garage so opposite side to the room advertised with an unused bathroom & hallway inbetween. There is a home office with multi gym & cross trainer in it too in the summer house if you occasionally WFH. There is a lounge & second lounge area if you prefer to be sociable.

I have 2 dogs, both friendly but suited to someone that likes animals.
