The house is located in Queens Hills Country Park, Costessey which is a modern housing development set in a rural setting just 6 miles from Norwich. Located near the A47 it offers great access to both the university and the hospital.

For the shoppers the house is a stone's throw from the Longwater Retail Park home to a number of stores including a large Sainsbury's, M&S Foodhall, The Range, Boots, Staples, Argos and a large Next store. In addition there are frequent buses to the city and easy access to the A47.
