Looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy, and will respect the home as their own. Does not bother me if you are early bird or a Night owl. You can come in and out as you wish, have friends over etc.

You have UEA, all shopping necessities and food places, and hospital very close by.

Bus access into the city if you do not drive.
