Small double room with private bathroom

I have a 2-bedroom house in Costessey with a garden. There is visitor/on-street parking spaces. It's about 15 minutes to NNUH and 20-25 minutes to the station, depending on traffic.
It is better suited to someone with a car, but there is a bus that goes to the city that takes around 30 minutes.

The room is medium-sized, furnished, with a small double bed. There is a private bathroom as well.
Rent includes all bills, council tax, and broadband.

The lounge has a TV, sofa, coffee table and a study desk.

The spacious kitchen has a dining area with all appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, and there is a heated drying rack as well.
