The Annex

We have an Annex/flat to offer someone who wants to be active and enjoy the quite countryside and maybe get involved in the outdoors. The annex would suit someone who would like to work from home a lot or just wants their own space. We prefer a long term arrangement.

The Annex has large double room and a "small-person" single spare-room. There is a private bathroom and kitchenette with a large living space (this is really your living room as we have 2 other living-rooms else where for the other occupants) and garden patio (overlooking sheep paddocks and a mini orchard).

The flat is heated by a wood burner and we provide wood for you as we have plenty to burn. The Annex is very well insulated.

The only separate bill is for electricity for lights, TV etc. which is very low even in these high priced times. (for the last year it has been averaged at £22/month)

Water, council tax and internet are all free. Laundry facilities are available in the main house (free electricity for this)

The house is well situated in easy reach of Norwich (30 mins), Fakenham (16 mins), Dereham (20 mins) and the North Norfolk Coast (30 mins).
