We have an attached flatlet to offer someone who wants to enjoy the quite countryside and nature on your doorstep. The flat would suit someone who would like to work from home or just wants their own space. We prefer a long-term arrangement but some short term arrangements work well.

The flatlet has a large double bedroom and a private bathroom and breakfast bar area with a large dedicated living space and patio (overlooking sheep paddocks and a mini orchard).

The flatlet is heated by a 5kW wood burner, and we provide access to wood as we have plenty available. It is very well insulated and keep toasty warm in the colder months.

There utility bills are for gas (for the shower) and for electricity (for lights, TV etc. which last year averaged £30/month).

Water, council tax and internet are all free. Full kitchen and laundry facilities are available in the main house (free electricity for them).

The house is well situated in easy reach of Norwich (30 mins), Fakenham (16 mins), Dereham (20 mins) and the North Norfolk Coast (30 mins). There is a good bus service to Norwich or Fakenham and we are 5 mins walk to the bus stop.
