Hi
We have an Annex to offer someone who wants to enjoy the quite countryside and nature on your doorstep. The annex would suit someone who would like to work from home or just wants their own space. We prefer a long-term arrangement.
The Annex has a large double room and a "small-person" single spare-room. There is a private bathroom and kitchenette with a large living space and garden patio for your exclusive use (overlooking sheep paddocks and a mini orchard).
The flat is heated by a 5kW wood burner, and we provide access to wood as we have plenty available. The Annex is very well insulated.
The only separate bill is for electricity for lights, TV etc. which last year averaged £25 to £30/month.
Water, council tax and internet are all free. Laundry facilities are available in the main house (free electricity for this)
The house is well situated in easy reach of Norwich (30 mins), Fakenham (16 mins), Dereham (20 mins) and the North Norfolk Coast (30 mins). There is a good bus service to Norwich or Fakenham and we are 5 mins walk to the bus stop.
