Flatlet in country home

We have a suite of rooms to offer to someone who might enjoy the space and quiet of the countryside living and the open space in our garden.

If your budget is lower than our suggestion and you like it, let's talk, as the right person is much more important than the right rent.

The flatlet rooms are in a part of the house that is made up of a double bedroom, a living room and a shower room all part of suite away from the main part of the house off a sperate passage. The living room has a fold out bed for your occasional overnight guests. The rooms have just been redecorated, and we are in the process of fitting a wood stove for more cosy winter evening.

The house is spacious with a large shared kitchen and laundry area. We have our own separate living room and office. Most of the time (during the week) we will be living away working, so to some extent you will be on your own.

There is a large outside area including a enclosed garden (and paddocks which are home to our chickens, duck and sheep).

The house is in easy reach of Norwich, Fakenham, Dereham and the North Norfolk Coast.
