We are live in landlords
We have a good sized double room available
We are situated in a a village location which is ideally suited for Dereham Wymondham Attleborough Hingham Watton Hethel or Norwich

The house is clean and tidy nicely decorated and very spacious. There is lots of free safe off road parking.

All houshold bills and WI-FI are included.
There are two shared bathrooms a large fully equipped kitchen and utility room.

There is a very large guests lounge with a 48" flat screen TV, and a dining area, with french doors that open onto a private secluded garden and patio area.

The house has a very relaxed laid back atmosphere and someone with a good sense of humour who does not take life to seriously would fit in well.

We are all easy going and respectful of each other and would look for the same qualities in a new house mate.
We have no problem with people that smoke BUT We would insist that you do not smoke in the house, it would be outside only.
