Room to rent in owners house

Large sunny room there are twin beds in the room but ideally would suit just one person shared bathroom with owners who work full time so out most of the day and evening Tv in room and internet and Netflix available use of kitchen if needed must buy own food no bills to pay all in the price will accept people who only want to stay for 1 or 2 nights at a cost of £20 per night £30 for 2 people also if wanted to stay for a week cost would be £120 a week £180 for 2 people for a month we would charge £360 for 28 days if 2 people wanted the cost would be £550 we are near JPH hospital all buses to Lowestoft Gt Yarmouth and Norwich maybe the room would suit someone who works as a key worker the hospital as just 6 mins walk we do have parking around the house but not on a drive prefer a quiet person this room would not suit anyone who wants to play music till 2am we are a friendly easy going couple if anyone interested text or email first for anymore details. The deposit is only for people that want to stay longer than a month really only want short term lets up to 2 months
