Lovely double room in central Great Yarmouth

We (married couple) are looking for a female lodger.

The bedroom is on the first floor.

The room would come furnished or part furnished if required. Depending on your requirements, I will provide the furniture you like to have.

Oil radiator will heat your room nicely.

The main bathroom is off the master bedroom (my room) and has a jacuzzi bath with shower above and underfloor heating.

Off the kitchen is a separate WC.

We own dogs, so you really would need to like animals.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven & airfryer.

Washing machine/ tumble dryer available and washing line for airing /drying in summer.

Garden and patio are available to use at anytime.

Wifi and all bills are included

The train station, town centre, town hall, Aldi and ASDA are ca. 5 walking minutes away.
