It is five minutes walk from the sea front and a twenty minute walk into the town centre.

There is on road parking in front of the property with no permit parking restrictions.

The property has a mix of tenants, English, Portuguese and Lithuanian consisting of 4 ladies and 5 gentlemen.

It is a non smoking room and building, however there is an undercover smoking area at the rear of the property.

The potential tenant would have their own fridge freezer and shared cupboard in the kitchen for food and utensils.

Th room currently has a double bed but can be changed to a single bed if required, which would generate more space.
