I have 5 rooms available in a recently refurbished victorian property. It is 2 minutes from the beach and a 5 minute walk into town.

Refurbished to a very high standard and fully furnished this property also has a basement which can be used for bike storage.

2 existing professional tenants that have recently moved in. The remaining rooms have not been lived in since the refurbishment so all brand new carpets and mattresses.

Two of the ensuites have been taken with one ensuite remaining but there are two further shower rooms for the remaining 4 rooms., so shower rooms will only be shared with one other tenant.

It is a quiet house, not a party house and I am looking for mature respectful tenants who will respect thier house mates.

The house will also come with high speed internet and laundry facilities

No smoking in the property. There is a courtyard at the rear
