It is situated on the first floor of a three storey building. There are 9 other residents, mixed male and females. Heating is by way of radiators by Gas Central Heating and the room has a laminate floor.

The house has 1 shower room with toilet on first and second floor and 1 separate toilet on ground floor. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available. There are two separate kitchens and a communal dining area on the ground floor. There is a large rear garden with ample outdoor space. There is on-road parking with no permits outside the property.

It is a 20 minute walk to Great Yarmouth town centre or 5 minute walk to public transport.

All utility bills are included in the weekly rent including free superspeed broadband.

We would prefer a long term tenant to make this room into a home. however we only have a minimum stay of 3 months.
