A few house rules: septic tank, so only toilet paper to be flushed . No wet washing in the bedroom, washing machine and dryer available at local garage which is located 0.5 miles away, no smoking/vaping & no pets.

Rent is £625 per calendar month, with a security deposit of £625. References will be required.
