I’m only around in passing due to work / Airbnb in lodge next door. Always on hand for any issues that arise. The Cottage is stunning and very high specification.

Have rented myself around the UK and seen the good & bad in both lodgers & land lords. Lovely home, safe, quiet and friendly, I deal with the maintenance as owner and on hand when needed otherwise I respect privacy and want quiet enjoyment for all.
