Furnished Double room

Very chilled!

Hi there, my spare room will be available to rent Monday to Friday from 16th October 2017.

I've had the keys a year and embarked on a steep learning curve as the house needed to be gutted so new kitchen, bathroom, electrics and plastered throughout. Still some things on the snag list which I'm working my way through but it's definitely a home now.

It's a large furnished room with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe, shared bathroom but it is new and clean with your own cupboard. Gorgeous view of the trees and river across the road. Luckily I'm near Dereham road so approx 2 miles in any direction you can reach the UEA, airport, or the city and for those who are in to cycling Marriotts way is a stones throw away.

I'm a friendly relaxed person who's looking for a professional person who will share with me and my border x lakeland terrier and HUGE ginger cat. Oh be warned the garden has lots of frogs and toads!!

If you're seeking a party house, this isn't the room for you. Its a quiet calm clean house and as I'll be working some 12hr shifts its likely I'll come home and crash in front of the TV. The road out the front is where most people park, I have a garage which needs sorting but if you need to park in there we can come to some kind of arrangement.

The person will need to be a non smoker, be happy with pets (they're not allowed upstairs!) and considerate because it's my home. Deposit in advance and references required.
