Room to rent in brilliant location

Hi there

I live in a great location over looking the river. The University of East Anglia (UEA) , airport, hospital, Ambulance HQ and the city are all within a 2 mile radius and there's a good bus service into the city.

The room is a large furnished double bedroom with Smart TV (desk and chair available). You will have your own cupboards in kitchen, in the shared bathroom and fridge/freezer space. We will share the boring chores and you will have to clean your room.

Its a quiet calm house and as I work 12 hour shifts its likely I'll come home and crash. So if its a party house you're looking for sorry this isn't the place for you! I'm afraid I also can't accommodate someone who works nights or at home all day.

Parking is at the front of the house but it's a wide road so no problems. Marriotts way cycle route is at the end of the road.

A meet up before hand (or video call), proof of ID are required. I will also ask for a £100 fee for having to hire a cleaner or re decorate the room when you leave if left in a poor condition. This is fully refundable if there are no issues.

Short term lets considered as well as Monday to Friday maximum of 6 months.

You will be sharing with me and my toothless rescue cat. I've been renting my room on/off 10 years so Im pretty laid back.
