Full property for rent at £500 per month. Site fees included until next review in March 2027. Electricity billed separately to you every quarter (we have been using this part-time and average a £20 bill every 3 months).

2 bedrooms, 1 double room with built in wardrobe and storage above bed. 1 twin room with bunkbeds. Open plan kitchen, dining and living room area.

We are moving to Wales, so we are looking for a lodger to take on the whole home. The caravan site has a 12 month season, meaning you will not have to leave over the winter. However, it is worth noting that the caravan can get quite cold over these months and there is no pressure to stay past the initial 3 month agreement. We have provided an oil radiator and heated blanket to use when needed. We ask that you give us 1 months notice if you intend to leave at any point, so that we can arrange checkout with you in good time.

Site is a few minutes walk from the sea, there are laundry facilities right outside the van as well as the shower block. Van is connected to electricity but not gas or water. There is a cassette toilet inside for you to use, and multiple toilet blocks on site too. There are amusements, places to eat and other entertainment like bingo and live music all short walks from the caravan.

Fully furnished for you, including a fridge, air fryer, hob and kettle. The beds, mattresses and bedding will also stay. There is no microwave or tv but there is space for both if you wish to bring either of them yourself. It’s connected to an aerial so you can access free view channels if you do bring a tv. We do not have wifi.

We are making improvements to the home up until we have someone in here, looking to add an electric water pump to the sink area as the van is not plumbed in. Looking to gauge interest whilst we finish upgrades.
