Double room. House share by the train station in Kings Lynn with 2 career professionals (2 men 1 lady). We are looking for another graduate professional. We are super friendly ages 23-36 in full time careers. We are looking for a clean, organised trusted person to share the house.

There is currently a small double room on the 2nd floor of the house available. Complete with a bed 2 shelves, wardrobe, bedside table & lamp.

Its a comfortable period style house redecorated regularly. It has large living room, dining area and kitchen, huge bathroom and 2 toilet rooms.

We have fast unlimited wireless internet & a 40 inch Flatscreen in the living room. There is a paved garden outside. Good central heating with new boiler.

Permit parking is available on the street for £50 per year. Please check the Kings Lynn Council website for more details.

Ideally we are looking for a graduate professional (23-40) who is responsible.
