WELL EQUIPPED SHARED KITCHEN with gas hobs, oven, two sinks, two large fridge freezers, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of kitchen cupboards. Washing machine provided.

BACK ROOM with co-working space, stools and USB sockets for everyone to use. Additional shared TOILET available downstairs next to the kitchen and to the back room.

The council tax and all bills included except electricity in the room sockets on prepaid meter. We pay for the electricity regarding the lighting in the ceiling lamps, in the kitchen and in the bathroom. All you need to pay is for the power points in your room.
