Great access to King's Lynn Station (2~ minute walk) and the main town (5~ minute walk)

Looking for somebody to occupy the spare room, ideally somebody in full time work or education.

All three rooms upstairs have dedicated Air Conditioning units which also act as heating in the winter, or a fan simply for air circulation.

The living room is available for use, with a dedicated home cinema setup and games consoles, Netflix is not included I'm afraid (sorry), so you'll have to bring your own.

Bills included, 1000 MBp/s Internet included, wired access to router in every room makes it ideal for remote workers.

Access to large garden from side gate or kitchen, the garden is south facing and gets lots of sun, making it great for morning breakfast on the included bench, hanging laundry or lounging on sunny days, a greenhouse, shed and outhouse are included, tenants are welcome and encouraged to make use of them for any and all gardening needs.

American style fridge / freezer available for use, kitchen has also been recently renovated, as has the bathroom with smart toilet / bidet combo, self raising and closing toilet seat and a touchless tap, shower and bath combo included also.

All rooms have bi-folding doors fitted, there is some work to be done in the living room, paint etc, the house has been worked on slowly over the past four years as I have had the free time and finances allow, whilst not perfect, it is certainly liveable.

A little about me:
I'm Josh, the existing occupant and the owner, I'm available 24/7 and living in the property, I occupy the medium sized room as a home office, I am looking to cover some extra payments and I work from home, my hobbies include arcade machines, I have three in the house total, I am vegan but happy to takle in non-vegan occupants.
