Double bedroom in 4 bedroom brand new House

Hi,

I have a double room available in a 4 bedroom brand new house. The room has a double bed, mattress, wardrobe and computer desk. Good size room. All bills inclusive in the rent.

You will have access to other areas such as the kitchen, living room, the study and the garden. Parking is also available.

Would like somebody who is clean, laid-back and friendly! If you wish to live mon-fri this is also possible.

I work Monday to Friday but looking for someone who will keep the silent atmosphere and also be part of the household. This room is unfortunately not for a couple and I'm ideally looking for a working professional.

Please contact me if interested. Please note that the room is NOT en-suite (as ad says). I'm not sure how to change the title as it was for a previous house. You will of course have use of the family bathroom. My room which is on 3rd floor has another bathroom meaning I will not be sharing the bathroom. There is already another male lodger within the household and so i'm ideally looking for another male as it'll make it easier. Although the house has 4 rooms, 1 will be the study.
