Very sorry to say, but we will not rent rooms to smokers or vapers & YOU SHOULD BE IN FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT.
The rooms are in a nice quiet area with off-street parking for all rooms with security lighting. All rooms have Freeview TVs, fast broadband/Wi-Fi & have clean décor & clean bedding with plenty of wardrobe space in each room. We have full double glazing with full central heating & 24/7 hot water. The kitchen has all the cooking facilities with a washing machine & fridge freezer. There is an ironing board & iron, 8 Smoke, heat & Co2 alarms fitted to all communal areas for your safety & fire blanket in kitchen. We have a very nice local free house pub/restaurant called "The Gate" about 5/600m away. We are 2.7 miles from the main Hardwick shopping area, 4.5 miles from the QE Hospital, 4.5 miles from Palm paper, 9 miles from RAF Mahram, and 12 miles from Sutton Bridge Power Station & The X1 bus to Kings Lynn or Swaffham/Norwich is only a few minutes walk up to the A47. This is a 1/2 hour service.

Please note the landlord "myself" require access to any room at any time for emergency's & maintenance. We will pop into rented rooms around every 4 weeks to check on plumbing & electrics to ensure safety for all living hear. This is just to check for leaks & replace lamps.
