This room is for a single person only. It is not suitable for couples.

There is a shower room and a separate WC.

Council Tax, water charges and internet included in rent. Gas and electricity included to a sensible sum.

Non permit on street parking. There are council owned garages nearby which can be rented.

Walking distance to city centre and close to bus routes.

The other tenants are friendly and sociable but this is most definitely not a party house.

This is a stable flat share with all tenants being in residence for 4+ years, and we are looking for someone with a mature outlook, who tidies up after themselves and has a friendly disposition, to join them.
