Terrace House, Bills Included, Space, Tranquility

We are going away for between 6 months and a year next year and are looking for a confident, mature person or couple to rent our place, to be clear this is for solo occupancy.
A terraced house in Melton Constable, close to Holt, and the North Norfolk coastline. Buses to Norwich and Fakenham. Less than an hour's drive to Norwich or Kings Lynn. Melton has a nice community with a co-op, butcher , takeaways and plenty of walks.
Our house has a nice sized living room with log burner, a large kitchen diner with pantry and full kitchen amenities, a utility room with a washing machine.
Outside is a deceptively large, long garden with flowers, herbs and a pond...keep an eye out for frogs!
Upstairs we have a decent sized bedroom with a super king bed and a built in wardrobe, the bathroom is across the landing with a shower/bath and toilet.
The general parking etiquette is each house has a car parking space outside their house, and there is further ample parking on the road that runs parallel.
We love living here and just need someone to look after it whilst we're away. We welcome interest and will consider various offers.
We are looking for a peaceful and respectful guest who will enjoy the space as much as we do.
