The annex is Located in Mulbarton and just 10 mins drive to Norwich, 10 mins to Wymondham and a stones throw away from the CoOp minimart. There are very regular bus services to Norwich - every 20 to 30 mins I believed

The annex consists of: A double bedroom with quality double bed an large ensuite shower. A kitchen and dining area with cooking facilities of double oven cooker with ceramic hob, microwave oven, washing machine, kettle and toaster. All bills are included including WiFi and council tax. Centrally heated with basic furniture needs. All situated in a quiet cul de sac in Mulbarton. Lots of parking on the drive.
As mentioned All bills are included in your £115 per week rental so no extra costs to surprise you. There is a £200 deposit taken as a retainer incase of any negligent damage which is fully refunded on vacation of the annex providing everything is in good condition.
In the main house there is a quiet the family.
Please also note that the washing machine is shared with the main household and there are three cupboards which are for the main households use, this means that its a shared area but only for the access and use of the above - though the majority of the time it is used for the annex tenant.
