Urgent - Room Vacant

Hi,

I have a room available in a lovely quiet area in Mulbarton - which is about 10 minutes from Hartford Tesco in Norwich, in the village there is a GP, dentist, pharmacy and 2 shops one of which is just round the corner! There is a playful cat at the property so must be ok with animals!! With regards to the cat, you will not need to look after it unless you wish too when I go away - but this would be very rare.

The house -

The house is set in a new(-ish) build estate in Mulbarton away from the main road, there is parking on the street for cars and visitors.
The downstairs of the house has a small toilet, kitchen, living room and conservatory and garden. The kitchen has a washer/dryer and a gas stove with a fan oven, and more than enough fridge space.
The upstairs of the house consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet, sink and over-the-bath shower. One of the rooms is my room and the other would be yours.

The room itself -

No pictures on listing as currently taking items out of room.
It is currently painted pink but you can paint the room to what ever you like as long as it gets returned to a neutral colour when you leave.
You are welcome to put up shelves just ask me first.
There is the WiFi in the room which cannot be moved but this is on a shelf out of the way.
Currently the room is used as a home office but due to a change in circumstances it now is not needed as this.

About myself -

I am very much a chill person and tend to keep to myself. I currently am at university and I tend to be away a fair amount when on my placements.
