Double bedroom available w/ shared access bathroom

A part furnished double bedroom (wardrobe and single bed that pulls out into a double is available in a clean, quiet home. You’ll have shared access to the bathroom, kitchen and living room and garden. All bills are included, along with Wi-Fi. No tv available however welcome to bring one

There is on-street parking directly outside the house, and the property is conveniently located around a 15-minute walk from the town centre, train station, bus stops and several local shops.

I have three very friendly cats, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with pets.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of the home. As this is my home too, I’d prefer someone who doesn’t bring visitors back to the house.

I work 12½-hour shifts, so I’m in and out throughout the day and won’t always be home. The property is fitted with a Ring doorbell for added security.
