This is a large furnished room at around 18 square meters, it is also very well soundproofed, quiet, and warm n cosy too. The room also benefits from having its own entrance, plus dual aspect windows, and en-suite. There are built in cupboards, shelving, chest of draws. Widescreen LCD TV (licence not included), bed, optic fibre Wi-Fi internet access, and real wood finishing to add to its character. Although shared, as the kitchen is located just off the room it has the feel of being self contained giving a private feel to this accommodation.

There are local shops, supermarket’s, post office, and eating outlets close by. The city centre is around 10/15 minutes walking. Just yards away is one of the most beautiful parts of the river Wensum and national cycling route, with nearby parks and gardens. There is also good on road parking that is not subject to permit.

The kitchen is refurbished and decorated, and has both gas hob and electric cooker, Washing machine, tumble dryer, and a large fridge freezer.

The whole property is gas central heated, double glazed, and is very warm and cosy (you won‘t be cold in the winter).

I’m at the rear of the property and have my own entrance helping to make this a nice personal space. I’m also easy going and friendly too. I have a small 2 year old Cavapoo dog (Fudge) that lives with me. She is quiet, hypoallergenic, very friendly, and is currently trained not to enter the room available.
