Excellent location opposite NFC stadium. 20 mins walk to the city centre, 15 mins to the train station.
Large Morrison's, coffee shops, chemist and other shops and restaurants a 5/10 mins walk at the local retail and entertainment park.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to it's location there is no free parking close by, only paid parking or supermarket short-stay.
There is a bus stop which goes to the city centre and the UEA.
The building has secure bicycle storage on the ground floor and there are local hire bikes/e-scooters.
