Only available as whole house, not individual rooms. Modern kitchen, utility room with tumbler dryer, lovely garden with patio. There are 3 bedrooms : #1 large (6-metre) primary bedroom with en-suite, #2 double bedroom with full bath across the landing, #3 double bedroom or office next to full bath, #4 will be used for our personal storage. Additional WC on ground floor with living room and dining room. Parking for 3 cars. Ten-minute cycle to UEA, ten-minute walk to Waitrose, one-minute walk to bus.

We are an academic family renting out our personal home while on research abroad. Prefer an academic/professional family or couple but would consider 2-3 professionals or mature post-graduate students who already know one another well. Tenants get the ease of stepping into a furnished house with everything you need at the ready: bed linen, towels, cookware, tableware., etc. Rent INCLUDES COUNCIL TAX, wi-fi, cleaner, gardener. It does not include gas, electric, water.

Only available as WHOLE HOUSE. Please do not inquire about individual rooms. Please note that the rental agreement will with ONE individual as we are unable to make multiple contracts. References will be very important in consideration.

--how will you pay the rent? do you have a guarantor?

Will consider shorter term lets but the rent will be adjusted accordingly. Will also consider a LOWER RENT for only 1-2 occupants. Thank you.
