This is a fully furnished, 6 bedroomed house which features business broadband, a twice monthly cleaner and a gardener. All bills are included in the monthly payment.

Together with six bedrooms there are two bathrooms, a living/dining room, a brand new fully equipped kitchen (not featured in the video, sorry!) and a large back garden and patio which backs onto a wood.

We only rent to single postgraduate students, so as to create a quiet atmosphere for study.

There are no tenant fees and no deposit; only the first month's rent in advance is needed to secure the contract. We do require a guarantor, but they don’t have to be from the UK.

Bedroom 3 & 5 in the video are available from 23rd January 2027 and bedroom 4 is available from 14th December.
