From the main door, you will be greeted in a lounge area with a 4-seater sofa, tv bracket and tables & chairs for dining.

Downstairs Bedroom - with double bed, a desk, bedside table and drawers, a window overlooking the back garden

Kitchen
The kitchen is fantastic with a 4 ring cooker, fridge, large freezer, oven and grill, plenty of cupboard space, washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster, boiler

Downstairs Bathroom 1- with a bathtub, toilet, sink, with basin cupboard, all tiled floor to ceiling

Downstairs Bathroom 2 - with shower, toilet and sink, all tiled floor to ceiling

Back Garden - with an enclosed, secure back garden with patio, 35-40foot garden, full of greenery, pleasant place to hang out

Cupboard - electric meter is located and space for the iron board, iron, hoover, etc..

Upstairs Bedrooms
3 Double beds and 1 Single bed - Each bedroom is fully furnished including a bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside table, drawers

Upstairs Bathroom - toilet and sink
