Walk to Uni or store your bike in combi- locked well-lit bike sheds or park your cars for free outside the house. No permit area. Kitchen has 2 sinks, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, cooker, 4 hobs, microwave. Separate utility area with washing machine and drying area with de-humidifier for laundry. Dining area in sunroom off re-furbished kitchen and possible gaming area in large lounge with leather sofas, seating 6 in comfort. Large patio with garden furniture.
