NR5 8LF. 2 female Postgrads/final medic and have already booked upstairs, a male postgrad downstairs. There are 2 separate showers and 2 separate toilets. Walking distance to UEA.. Great location, next to Earlham shops, barber, takeaway, close to Aldi and Fiveways shops. Walk to Uni or store your bike in locked well-lit bike sheds or park your cars for free outside the house. No permits required. Kitchen has 2 fridges, 2 freezers, 2 cookers, 6 hobs, microwave. Separate utility area with washing machine and tumble drier. Dining area in sunroom off re-furbished kitchen and possible gaming area in large lounge with leather sofas, seating 6 in comfort. Large patio with garden furniture. Wooden laminate and tiled floors to downstairs for easy cleaning with white walls. Rooms have double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, drawers, storage, shelving, notice boards.
Whats not to like? Present group has stayed 3 years.
