It's a 25-minute walk into town and to the UEA. We are next door to the Community Hospital. We are also on main bus routes to the City and the N&N hospital and not far from the UEA bus route. There is a shed in the garden to secure bikes.
You'll be sharing with me and my dog Robin - a 4-year-old cocker spaniel. We are both friendly and relaxed.
