Double room in central Norwich

Open to short lets from 1 month to 6 months. Must like animals as we have 2 cats.

Your room is on the frist floor. There are 3 toilets and two bathrooms (both with a power shower). There is a full kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is a small back garden with tables and chairs.

A brilliant room with lots of storage. All bills are included in the rent.

The house is very central - roughly 10 minutes walk from the city centre, bus station and city college, the railway station is not much further! We are really close to Norfolk County Council and Avivia.

It's about a 20 minute bike ride from UEA and there are good bus routes close by. We are nearby to The Gym and Riverside Leisure Centre. Close to ASDA and Aldi, and the local Co-Op is a minute away. We are also nearby to takeaways: Pizza, Kebab, Indian and Chinese - there are also plenty of local pubs. Within delivery radius for deliveroo and uber eats.

I am a live-in landlord - Family although everyone looks after themselves (washing, cooking etc). We are friendly, easy going and mix well.
