Double bedroom available from end of June

Hi there!

I’m looking for a new housemate to come and join me in the 2 bed terraced house that I’m currently renting from lovely landlords. The room will be available on 28th June 2026 and as my current housemate is still living here, I will be taking viewings from 1st June onwards.

There is on road parking outside which requires a permit which is a low cost and can be bought in different time increments.
Within walking distance of the city - takes around 20 minutes.
All bills included - council tax, utilities and Wifi.

The house is fully furnished and the bedroom will come with a double bed, bedside cabinet and wardrobe.
It’s difficult to get a good picture of the room because of the angles - viewing is definitely advised and you’re more than welcome to come and do so.
Shared use of the bathroom and there is also a small garden with a washing line. There is a washer/dryer downstairs for laundry.

A bit about me - I am a reception teacher working full time during the week (term time hours). I'm usually an 'early to bed, early to rise' kinda gal so if you're looking for a noisy, party type of household then this probably isn't for you.
I keep the house clean and tidy and I like to think that I’m easy to get on with. I also have a cat called Simba!


A bit about the type of person I am looking for:
- I’m looking for a considerate and independent housemate who values a quiet, comfortable home and enjoys their own space. Someone friendly but happy to keep to themselves would be a great fit.
- Someone who is respectful of other people’s space and keeps communal areas clean and tidy.
- I don’t mind boyfriends/partners coming over occasionally but with prior notice and not too frequently.
