Double bedroom available from end of May

Hi there!

I’m looking for a new housemate to come and join me in the 2 bed terraced house that I’m currently renting from lovely landlords. The room will be available on 31st May 2025.

There is on road parking outside which requires a permit.
Within walking distance of the city - takes around 20 minutes.
All bills included - council tax, utilities and Wifi.

The house is fully furnished and the bedroom will come with a double bed (including mattress bought within the last 12 months), bedside cabinet and wardrobe.
It’s difficult to get a good picture of the room because of the angles - viewing is definitely advised and you’re more than welcome to come and do so.
Shared use of the bathroom and there is also a small garden with a washing line. There is a washer/dryer downstairs for laundry.

A bit about me - I work full time at a school (term time hours). I’m also currently doing my teacher training so I am often busy and therefore not always particularly sociable although I am friendly and happy to have a chat! I'm an 'early to bed, early to rise' kinda gal so if you're looking for a noisy, party type of household then this probably isn't for you.
I keep the house clean and tidy and I like to think that I’m easy to get on with. I also have a cat called Simba!
