House share - 1 bedroom with private bathroom

We are seeking for a female house mate, to join our high quality house share. 🏡

Your bedroom

It is double bedroom with plenty of space with a large Victorian window looking out to the conker tree and down to our front garden. It includes the double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk/chair/lamp and large mirror. You are more than welcome to decorate the room how you like.

Your bathroom

The bathroom is downstairs at the back of the house and has a large walk-in shower. This will be your own private bathroom as we have our bathroom upstairs.

Kitchen

It is a shared kitchen with plenty of storage for your food and other bits and pieces. We share the fridge and fridge freezer which works absolutely fine. There is a washing machine under the stairs and very small pantry.

Living room

The living room is shared and has a large TV, two sofas, piano, guitars and a wood burner.

Garden/Driveway

We have a large private driveway where you can park your car safely off the road. There is also a front garden and rear garden. There is a south facing private court yard which is lovely to sit and enjoy the sun. Finally there is two sheds at the back of the rear garden where you can store your bike etc.

Location

Our home is NR65BB which is in a lovely quiet area just off the outer ring road. We are a minutes walk away from the river and Marriott’s Way which is perfect if you like to cycle into the city (takes approximately 30 minutes to cycle in). We aren’t too far from the UEA, which is a 10 minutes drive. There is also a bus stop 50 meters away if you like taking the bus.

If you have more than one car there is free park 24/7 down by the river.

About Us

Myself and my partner Ceris are very easy going, we like to relax in the evening and enjoy good food! I work full time for mainly working from home. Ceris is a midwife at NNUH and works a variety of shifts.

🐱 We have two indoor cats that are Ragdolls. One is called Teddy and the other is Hugo. Both are very friendly, non aggressive and extremely fluffy! We do try to maintain their fluff but be mindful there will be some. Also to be mindful of not letting them escape out of the doors or windows, Hugo is proving to be an escape artist!
