The room is on the first floor, and furnished with a single bed with excellent mattress, bedside table, desk with operator chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving lamps and mirror.
There are 2 loos and 2 bathrooms shared between the 4 housemates.
A spacious and fully equipped eat-in kitchen with 2 fridge freezers, a range cooker, Siemens washing machine (dryer in outhouse), microwave, air fryer, pots and pans, crockery and utensils are all provided.
A south facing lounge with leather sofas and tv. Fast Zen broadband throughout.

I am a private landlord and aim to ensure a peaceful, homely and well maintained house for the 4 female postgrads who live there - currently from England, Vietnam and India.
As your security is paramount, the property is fitted with fire safety doors, hard wired smoke&heat alarms/carbon monoxide detector and external security lights.
There is on-road parking, and secure bike storage to the rear.
Gas and electrical certificates are up to date.
My postgrads say that it's a great place to stay.
