I am going on holidy for 3 weeks during this period hence it's like you rent a one-bed flat spending only the amount for one room. It’s perfect choice for transition, e. g. student on internship or person seeking for long-term property. The room is on Airbnb normally and I’m a Super host 😉, where rent nearly doubles what is offered here. It’s sensible since you will look after my cats when I am away and win-win if you happen to be a cat-lover & preferably an experienced cat keeper ☺️.
